Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a retail or commercial bakery as a pastry chef or baker.
Responsibilities:
Decorating our gourmet cupcakes, cheesecakes, french macarons and other gourmet baked goods for our store front as well as custom orders.
Knowledge and ability to use Convection ovens.
Knowledge and ability to use 10 to 60 Qt Mixers.
Ability to follow our recipes.
Preparing and scaling ingredients.
Follow our sanitization procedures and keep a clean work station as well as a clean kitchen.
Time Management:
Make sure all tasks on production sheet are done as described.
Understand FIFO Must be able to work on your feet.
Must be able to lift 20 to 50 pounds.
