Responsibilities:
Maintain strict confidentiality of all information, data, and records.
Research and resolve questions from staff as they relate to Time and Attendance, PTO, Self Service Portal questions.
Assist Accounting department with monthly Benefit Bill Reconciliation & reporting Assist with FMLA and Disability paperwork & tracking Assist with processing payroll Assist in talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding process, posting job positions, reviewing resumes, and booking interviews.

Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Business, HR, Accounting or better Knowledge of General HR and accounting principles Strong financial & analytical acumen Experience/Strong Knowledge HRIS system Experience with QuickBooks a plus Strong Computer skills to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Suite Requirements 2
Years HR/ Payroll experience required Ability to maintain confidentiality with all aspects of information in accordance with Practice polices and Federal & State regulations Reports to Human Resource Director Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written, verbal) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Willing and able to meet tight deadlines Self-motivated, results driven, prefers to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment Highly organized Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
