This position has the potential to lead to a permanent position within the Township.
This team player, under the direction of the co-directors or their designee, provides general receptionist/office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks within the department.
Hours:
Monday - Thursday 10:
30am - 4:
00pm & Friday 8:
30 am - 4:
30 pm Help support daily operations of Human Services Department Receives calls or visitors, discreetly provides required info in accordance to procedures Use various computer programs related to services provided by department Book room rentals, reservations and log payments for programs Monitor and order office and kitchen supplies Provide support preparing for or during a special event
Qualifications:
Minimum High School Degree and 2 years work related experience Punctual, professional with positive attitude and appearance Strong interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality & professional office demeanor Proficient computer skills and office equipment use Strong verbal and written communication skills Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Valid driver's license Job Type:
