Applicants must be licensed to practice in New Jersey and preferably have at least two years of family law experience and be able to work independently.
Seasoned family law attorneys with more years of experience or a book of business are very much encouraged to apply and will be compensated accordingly.
Candidate must be self-motivated, driven, an advocate for our clients, have the ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
The attorney will be responsible for client communication, drafting of pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, trials and mediation.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
