Collaborate with the CEO to set company strategy and direction, translating this into operational goals.
Provide leadership to all operations departments, including HR, Finance, IT, and Risk Management.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
Drive the company's risk management strategy, identifying and mitigating all operational risks.
Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all operations meet regulatory requirements.
Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.
) Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
