Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative, operational, and strategic functions within the organization. This position is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about environmental sustainability and eager to contribute their skills and knowledge to advance the organization's mission. You will have the opportunity to work closely with top-level decision-makers, gaining invaluable experience while making a positive impact on the transition to renewable energy.Responsibilities Administrative Support:
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional communication on behalf of the executive team. Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution of decisions and directives. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Project Management:
Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of key projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines. Monitor project budgets, resources, and deliverables, providing regular updates to the executive team. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal departments, external stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies. Communicate company priorities, initiatives, and updates effectively across the organization, ensuring alignment and engagement. Draft and edit communications materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external audiences. Operational Support:
Streamline internal processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities for process improvements or cost savings within the organization's renewable energy operations. Assist with budget planning, financial analysis, and resource allocation to support strategic objectives. Leadership and Team Development:
Collaborate with HR and department heads to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent for the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or anticipated completion May 2024) in Economics, Public Policy, Environmental Policy, Political Science, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism and diplomacy. Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software applications. Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to advancing environmental sustainability goals. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
