Must have warehouse, operations, and inventory management experience. Forklift operation a must.

Knowledge of Inventory Control software is a plus. will work diligently maintain a clean warehouse facility, receive and upload equipment deliveries and separate materials by project.

Sorts incoming US mail, FedEx, UPS, inter-office mail and other correspondence received and delivers to recipients.

Scans and electronically logs all incoming packages/shipments and obtains signatures upon delivery.

Stamps and meters outgoing mail providing appropriate postage. Weighs, franks and labels overnight express and freight parcels.

Assists staff with special mail requests such as bulk mailings and special shipments.

Recommends cost-effective mailing procedures to staff members.

Forwards via email to appropriate department or staff.

Calls for couriers in response to staff requests and notifies staff when incoming courier correspondence is received.

Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with relevant procedures and policies.

Maintain an on-going dialog with Project Manager, ensuring that work quality, performance, and materials meet required delivery schedules and expectations

Handles other duties relative to the job as assigned by management.

Follows and maintains proper safety practices.

What do we require from you?

Must have warehouse, operations, and inventory management experience. Forklift operation a must.

Knowledge of Inventory Control software is a plus.

Skills should include attention to detail, and a positive, team-building attitude.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

High School Diploma or equivalent as a prerequisite.

Must be able to stand, kneel and crouch for periods of time.

Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds.

Must have prior forklift operation experience

Must be able to maintain a safety-minded approach to all activities.

Maintain a valid driver s license.

Must be insurable.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
